Vendors

Conquer Con is seeking vendors to partner with for this exciting marketplace event. We look forward to working with you to ignite creative industries in the Fox Cities and connect young people to downtown Appleton.

Vendor cost is $50 paid ahead of time for the day, with a 10′ x 8′ area with shared electrical power for you to utilize. Vendor fee is nonrefundable. Event runs 10am-8pm, with vendor arrival starting at 8:30am and tear down until 9pm. We’re also looking for vendor donations for:

  • VIP Swag Bag: perfect for coupons, promotional items, book marks, and more. These 75 swag bags will be given to our VIP attendees, a great way to reach our top 10% most dedicated SFF fans, sure to want to connect with your business.
  • Prize items: we’ll give gift baskets, books, tabletop games, t-shirts, gift certificates, and more to prize winners of Con events including a marketplace scavenger hunt, a creative media contest, and raffle drawings.
